188殉教者列福式

11月24日、ペトロ岐部と187殉教者の列福式が長崎にて行われました。教皇代理のジョゼ・サライバ・マルティンス枢機卿らを迎え、三万人ほどが集まり、祝われたそうです。

私たちも先達が守ってきた信仰を大切にしていきたいと思います。

月例のミサの集合場所となっている Divine Word ハウスへの行き方です。

Divine Word House:
832 Varnum Street, N.E.
Washington, DC 20017

地図上北側の Providence Hospital、あるいは南西の National Shrine,
The Catholic University of America などが目印となります。

Taylor St（地図上、中央の東西に走る黄色い道）から
もしくは
Michigan Ave（地図上、南西から北東へのななめの黄色い道）から
10th St を北に向かいますと、Providence Hospital の突き当たりで
Varnum St に出ます。
Sargent Rd/13th St からもVarnum St に入ることができます。

地下鉄の場合、Red Line の Brookland-Cua駅（地図上、中央下）の
10th St., Buses Exit から、同様に10th St をまっすぐ北上してください。

地図上グリーンの Varnum St を西に向かい、8th St で左折してください。
通りの左側一軒目が Divine Word ハウス（地図上の赤い丸）です。
玄関に“832 Varnum St”の住所表示があります。
なお、10th Steet は北側への一方通行になっています。
お帰りの際にはご注意ください。

次回月例ミサの変更について

これまで私たちの日本語ミサは、メリノール会のハウスをお借りして行われてきましたが、このたびメリノール会の神父様方が移動することになりました。

それに伴い、今後メリノール・ハウスの使用ができなくなりました。次回の
月例ミサの予定も変更しなければなりませんが、決まり次第ご連絡いたします。

長い間、私たちの活動を支え、場所を提供してくださいましたメリノール会の皆様に感謝するとともに、私たちのこれからの歩みの上にも、主の変わらぬ導きと祝福がありますよう、祈りたいと思います。
